EPCs - An EPC is included in our HIP, but we can also produce an EPC separately for your agent as an addition to any HIP. If you have an interest in the Energy Performance of your Property an EPC will provide advice of how to reduce your energy bills and your carbon emissions. Available from £60:00 plus VAT.

HIPs - A seller now needs to provide a HIP to market their property, we can supply your HIP to you or to your agent so that you can market your property as you choose. The HIP contains valuable information a buyer needs before making an offer. Don't move home without one. Available from £250:00 plus VAT.
